CIRP General Assembly @Lugano(Switzerland)にて高橋が発表
高橋が，スイス，ルガーノで開催されたCIRP 67th General Assembly(August 20-26, 2017)に参加，発表しました．
発表題目は，「Theoretical analyses of in-process depth measurements of fine microgrooves based on near-field optical response」です．
